Why should I get my glasses at Duncan Optical?
You should get your glasses at Duncan Optical because we have the largest selection of designer
frames and the most experienced opticians in the Shreveport - Bossier area. We have a reputation
for making only the highest quality glasses. Also, if there ever should be a problem with your
glasses we work with you to make sure it is corrected.

Can I get an eye exam at Duncan Optical?
We do not administer eye exams. Normally after your eye doctor gives you an eye exam, you give us
your prescription, and we make your lenses.

Does Duncan Optical sell contact lenses?
No, we do not sell or fit for contact lenses. We prefer to specialize in eyeglasses and sunglasses.

Does Duncan Optical accept insurance?
No. We do not accept any insurance.

Does Duncan Optical accept Medicare?
Medicare will pay 80% of an approved amount only after cataract surgery. We will file your claim
and Medicare will send a payment to the patient. The patient will be responsible for paying the
whole amount. We do not accept assignment.

What about Medicaid?
No. We do not accept Medicaid.

What are your hours?
Monday - Friday,
9:00 - 6:00.

Do you accept credit cards?
Of course. We accept all major credit cards.
